James Last - Partner

James is a graduate in Hotel, Catering & Insitutional Management (1996), and studied at Lancaster & Morecambe College.

James has worked for Choice Hotels Europe initially as a Management Trainee, then within their Central Purchasing Department as a Buyer and finally within the Franchise Sales Department as Manager for Franchise Sales - Europe.

Upon relocating to the North East of Scotland in 2000, Last Consulting was born.

Barbara Last - Partner

Barbara is a graduate in Hospitality Management (1995), and studied at The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen.

Barbara also worked for Choice Hotels Europe initially as a Management Trainee and then as PA to the C.E.O and finally in the Special Events Department as Special Events Manager.

Upon moving from Choice Hotels Europe, Barbara worked for Thomsons airline, Britannia Airways as a Infllight Catering Officer and for Millennium & Copthorne Hotels as a Global Account Executive - Scotland before joining Last Consulting.
